Website privacy and SMS communications policy.

Effective Date: September 14, 2026
Last Updated: September 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NeoMedicine Institute (“NeoMedicine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information obtained through our website, online booking tools, forms, communications, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains the privacy protections that apply when you choose to receive text messages from us.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to website visitors, prospective patients, customers, and other users of the Services. It does not replace our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Protected Health Information (“PHI”) collected or maintained in connection with medical care is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law. Do not use a general website form or ordinary text message to send urgent or highly sensitive medical information unless the channel is expressly identified as secure and appropriate for that purpose.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Information Collected Automatically

Health information submitted through clinical systems may be PHI and will be handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you contact us, request a consultation, book an appointment, complete a form, opt in to communications, make a payment, or otherwise interact with us. We also collect information automatically through cookies and similar technologies and may receive information from service providers that support our operations.

4. How We Use Information

5. SMS Messaging and Consent

SMS participation is voluntary. Where an online form offers SMS enrollment, you opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively checking the applicable consent checkbox. Consent checkboxes should be unchecked by default. Informational SMS consent and marketing SMS consent are presented separately when both message categories are offered. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or receiving care.

If you opt in to informational messages, NeoMedicine Institute may send appointment confirmations, reminders, post-visit follow-ups, care-related updates, customer-service responses, and similar non-promotional communications. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may send seasonal offers, service announcements, event information, and longevity or wellness program promotions.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at (786) 264-2999 or hello@neomedicineinstitute.com. We may send a final confirmation after an opt-out request. Opting out of one category of messages may not opt you out of another category for which you separately consented, unless you ask us to stop all text messages.

6. Mobile Information and No Sharing of SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, may be permitted only as necessary to provide those services. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records.

7. How We Share Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers that perform services for us, including website hosting, scheduling, communications delivery, analytics, payment processing, security, and professional support. These providers may use the information only to perform authorized services and must protect it as required by contract and law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful process, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets subject to appropriate protections. The special restrictions in Section 6 continue to apply to mobile numbers and SMS consent data.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and secure the website, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure performance, and support advertising where permitted by law. You may control cookies through your browser or available consent tools. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining consent and opt-out records, satisfying legal and medical recordkeeping obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and applicable law.

10. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal and medical recordkeeping exceptions. You may unsubscribe from emails using the link in an email and opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Requests may be submitted using the contact information below.

12. Children and International Users

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website without appropriate authorization. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revised version will be posted with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively as provided by law.
